Monarch Migration

God Glasses, written by Amy Bayles and illustrated by me 2025

God glasses was a delight to illustrate because it was all about seeing God through varying aspects of gardening - including the beautiful butterflies and other creatures you find in the garden.

This spread was about the miraculous transition between a caterpillar and butterfly - specifically monarchs!

I wanted to show how whimsical and fun it is to see these creatures fluttering by!
